WHAT IS SNAPDRAGON?
Snapdragon compute platform delivers next-generation performance and productivity with eye-popping graphics.
OBJECTIVE
Lay the groundwork for the demonstration and launch of Snapdragon’s first consumer-facing desktop application, defining:
Define the core experiences across Intelligent Edge, 5G, Multi-device, and Enterprise
Develop the design assets needed to engineer these experiences
Support the keynote presentation that brings the Snapdragon Suite experience to life
DASHBOARD: The home for edge computing
In the Snapdragon Suite app, users start by launching it and have various choices: picking recommended AI Tiles, chatting with the AI assistant, or beginning an AI image session by uploading a file or using their camera.
Furthermore, the interface offers a user-friendly Control Center adorned with widgets that efficiently encapsulate the app's functionalities. They can swiftly access features like enabling 5G through Control Center widgets, streamlining their experience across the app.
AI ASSISTANT
The default on-device AI assistant provides users with a streamlined experience. They can submit prompts and receive generated results, extending the conversation by refining or adding new prompts. Users can explore recommended actions, often powered by partner plug-ins, and make decisions regarding cloud access as prompted by Snapdragon. Advanced Tools are available for fine-tuning results, offering a comprehensive and user-friendly AI interaction.
AI TILES
Snapdragon AI acts as the gateway to powerful AI experiences, offering users the ability to select from suggested chat- or image-based AI apps. By answering questions, they can refine their initial prompts, making them more specific and effective. Once improved, users can submit the prompts, and the added feature of favoriting apps enables offline access, creating a versatile and user-centered AI interaction.
DEVICES
The Snapdragon-enabled device dashboard is a central hub for users, facilitating the construction of their Snapdragon Device ecosystem by searching for nearby devices and initiating or approving pairing requests. Within, users gain insights into their devices, including battery status and connectivity, and can perform tasks like audio transfer with ease. The dashboard also enables users to mirror and remotely control their paired devices, offering a streamlined platform for managing their Snapdragon-enabled devices.
5G Data PLAN
The launchpad for 5G connectivity serves as a starting point for users, especially when their laptop offers a complimentary trial of 5G data, sponsored by Snapdragon. Users can effortlessly click to connect to a new or existing 5G plan, which launches the Microsoft Mobile Plans application. Moreover, this platform provides valuable insights into the best use cases for 5G, ensuring users receive both a seamless connection and informative guidance regarding the advantages of high-speed connectivity.
